<�span style="font-weight: bold;">TERMS AND INDEMNITY<�/span><�ol><�li>The User hereby agrees that all or any information including any statement, representation or fact, or photograph that the User supplies to the Provider is to the User s knowledge and belief, at the time of such supply true and correct.<�br><�br><�/li><�li>The user acknowledges that if at anytime their nominated e-mail contact address becomes invalid then the provider may at its sole discretion remove all postings provided by the user without notice!<�br><�br><�/li><�li>Dirty Debtors Limited does not condone violence or coercion and if any threats of violence or coercion or inappropriate language is used by the User with any comments posted on the website at any time, then Dirty Debtors Limited reserves the right to immediately remove such posting and to refuse to accept any further postings, and to forfeit all fees paid to date.<�br><�br><�/li><�li>The User further agrees that if any further change of information becomes known they will immediately modify/edit or withdraw their Dirty Debtor listing.<�br><�br><�/li><�li>By using this website you agree to use these terms and conditions and agree that Dirty Debtors will always have the overriding and sole discretion as to whether or not they wish to remove any information or photographs logged onto the site.<�br><�br><�/li><�li>Dirty Debtors is resolved to a swift determination of all disputes and will, as soon as any dispute over validity is substantiated remove within 24 hours any disputed listing.<�br><�br><�/li><�li>The User acknowledges by accepting the terms and conditions that Dirty Debtors Limited has the sole and unfettered right and discretion to remove all or any material, including information or photographs, should any dispute arise as to the accuracy of any information, or whether or not any debt, alleged to be unpaid has or may be paid.<�br><�br><�/li><�li>The User hereby indemnifies the Provider against any claim or claims by any person for compensation in respect to any matter or statement, representation, or fact posted to any website that the Provider permits and the User hereby warrants that all or any statement, representation, or fact true and correct. Further and in particular the User warrants and certifies that such statement, representation, or fact is correct in all respects, and further does hereby provide a full and complete Indemnity to the Provider for all or any damages, losses, costs, or fines, awarded, howsoever incurred or suffered, either as result of any claim made by any person arising from the use of that information or website or other information, or of any statement, representation, or fact whatsoever supplied or made to the Provider.<�br><�br><�/li><�li>The User hereby indemnifies the Provider against any claim or claims by any person for compensation in respect to any photograph posted to any website that the Provider permits and the User. Further and in particular the User warrants and certifies that such photograph is a true and correct photograph of the  Dirty Debtor record in all respects, and further does hereby provide a full and complete Indemnity to the Provider for all or any damages, losses, costs, or fines, awarded, howsoever incurred or suffered, either as result of any claim made by any person arising from the use of or posting of that photograph on the website.<�br><�/li><�/ol><�p><�span style="font-weight: bold;">REFUND POLICY<�/span><�br><�/p><�ol><�li>Refunds will be given at the sole discretion of the Dirty Debtors Ltd and will be judged individually.<�br><�br><�/li><�li>E-mail your request to info@dirtydebtors.co.nz and we will endeavour to reply to your request within 7 days.<�br><�br><�/li><�li>It is essential that you please include full circumstances and reasoning behind why a refund is required otherwise no request can be processed.<�/li><�/ol>
